These Terms govern your use of the Druto website, web app and mobile apps (together, the "Service"), operated by Druto ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1.The Service
Druto provides digital loyalty tools for businesses. Businesses ("Merchants") create stamp cards, rewards, scratch cards and digital menus. Customers scan a Merchant's QR code to collect stamps and claim rewards.
Druto is a technology platform. Rewards, offers and menu items are created, priced and fulfilled by each Merchant, not by Druto.
2.Accounts and eligibility
You sign in with a mobile number verified by a one-time password (OTP). You must provide accurate information and keep access to your number and device secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. Merchant accounts must be opened by a person authorised to act for the business.
3.Customer use
Stamps and rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and can only be redeemed at the Merchant that issued them, on that Merchant's terms. A Merchant may approve or decline a scan, change or end its programme, and set expiry dates for rewards.
You must not collect stamps without a genuine visit, use multiple accounts, spoof your location or otherwise abuse a loyalty programme. We may remove stamps or rewards obtained this way and suspend the account.
4.Merchant obligations
Merchants are solely responsible for the rewards and offers they publish and must honour rewards that customers have validly earned. Merchants must comply with applicable consumer protection, advertising, food safety and tax laws.
Merchants may use customer information made available through the Service only to run their loyalty programme with Druto and must not sell it or use it for unsolicited marketing without the customer's consent.
5.Free trial, plans and billing
New Merchants receive a free trial. No payment details are required to start it. When the trial ends, continued access to paid features requires an active plan.
- Plans are billed annually in advance in Indian Rupees through our payment partner Razorpay. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before you pay.
- Plans renew for another year unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
- A free QR code stand is shipped to an address in India for eligible paid plans. Delivery times are estimates.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
6.Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to break the law, upload content you do not have the right to use, publish misleading offers, interfere with the Service's security or availability, or scrape, copy or reverse engineer it.
7.Your content and AI features
Merchants keep ownership of the logos, menus, photos and text they upload, and grant Druto a licence to host and display that content to run the Service.
The AI menu import reads your uploaded menu and suggests items and prices. Suggestions can be wrong; check them before publishing. You are responsible for the accuracy of your published menu and prices.
8.Our intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and the Druto name and logo belong to Druto. These Terms do not give you any right to use them except as needed to use the Service.
9.Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, add or remove features. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce a paid plan.
10.Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Druto is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or for any dispute between a customer and a Merchant about a reward or offer.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Druto in the 12 months before the claim.
11.Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or use the Service fraudulently.
12.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
13.Contact and grievances
For questions or complaints, write to the Grievance Officer, Druto, at contact@druto.in or call 8446791696. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
